Zero-B1 is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer based in London.

While some chase riches and status, others seek something deeper, to give life a little more substance and colour. Zero-B1 has been on a mission to successfully balance both sides of the coin.

Zero-B1 himself cuts an interesting figure. A lawyer by day but a musician at heart, Zero-B1 has navigated different personas, sounds, and continents over the years. He has had a constant stop start relationship with music all his life. At most times forgoing the musical passion that lay deep within him to pursue a more traditional career.

However, after the passing of his father in 2019, the London-based musician had an epiphany. Zero- B1 didn’t want to die with regrets and became intent on being the architect of his own destiny - it was those thoughts that sparked his most personal, inward, and heart-warming musical project to date.

“Life is what you make of it” says Zero-B1. From his early years in London to his teenage upbringing in Nigeria, back to his later return to the U.K in his 20’s, he has always adopted this attitude towards life. The British-Nigerian creative has proudly re-invented himself, while immersing himself in the passion that lay deep within him.

His output can be best described as an amalgamation of elements of afrobeat, highlife, hip-hop, soul and jazz. A concoction of melodic, feel-good grooves dealing with love, romance and heartbreak but more often addressing thought provoking issues ranging from social injustice, inequality and political oppression.

Such is Zero-B1's versatility that on 11 March 2022, he released the Lofi Chill Hop EP 'The Hi-Lofi Chronicles Vol. 1'

Undoubtedly, Zero-B1 has finally embraced the musical persona he was undoubtedly destined to become.
